We send our orders throughout Greece and abroad.

 

Available shipping methods:

  1. BOX NOW

    The shipping cost is 3€ per order for all areas of Greece, and free shipping for orders over 60€. Delivery time is about 2-3 business days.
  2. GOLDEN COURIER

    The shipping cost is 4€ per order for all areas of Greece, and free shipping for orders over 60€. Delivery time is about 1-3 business days.
  3.  ELTA POST OFFICE

·         From Greece

The shipping cost is 3.5€ per order for all areas of Greece, and free shipping for orders over 60€. Delivery time is about 3-15 business days.

  

·         International

  1. The shipping cost from packages under 2kg is 8€ per order for areas of Europe, and free shipping for orders over 250€. Delivery time is about 10-20 business days. With a tracking number.
  2. The shipping cost from packages more than 2kg is 20€ per order for areas of Europe, and free shipping for orders over 250€. Delivery time is about 7-14 business days. With a tracking number.

Notice: For shipments to countries outside the European Union, recipients will be charged the expected customs clearance costs depending on the country of destination.

5.            5. PICK-UP FROM STORE ADDRESS

     Pick-up of the order from our physical store at Kriezotou 39, Peiraius
     In this case there is no additional charge.
     You should contact us for the hour and the day of the receipt.

 

Products that are in stock will be shipped within 1-5 business days from the day your order is completed. Products that are not in stock will be shipped within 5-10
business days from the day your order is completed.

Our policy aims to always be consistent with our processing and manufacturing time, so that you can receive your product as soon as possible.


Once your order is completed, you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a URL address for you to
check the status of your order.
All products are carefully packaged and shipped in special packaging to prevent any alteration of the product(s) by us.

In case the product is damaged during transportation or delivery, Krokodila  is not responsible. In such cases, you should contact the shipping company of your order.

If you pay by bank deposit, you must email us your proof of payment to krokodila2025@gmail.com before we can ship your order.
You must send the payment proof within three days after your order has been placed otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
